Networking Opportunities
Ambassador Program – The focus of the Ambassador program is to further the mission of the Chamber by increasing member retention and participation through mentoring, referrals, personal contact and communication.
Annual Meeting – The Annual Meeting concludes the program year at the end of May. This meeting features the Athena and Small Business awards and is held in conjunction with the Economic Development Council and The Heartland Partnership.
Business After Hours – Business After Hours (BAH) is a monthly networking event to help members get to know one another and build their list of contacts and customer base. BAH also allows potential members to become acquainted with the Chamber and its programs.
Business Breakfast Series – This networking event is timed specifically for members who prefer to get their day started early. Held monthly (November - April), at 7:30a.m., on the first Wednesday, Early Exchange is great opportunity to enjoy a casual breakfast and network with the area’s movers and shakers.
CEO RoundTables – Open only to area business owners and CEOs, these roundtables provide exclusive forums for peer networking and business education. Join a roundtable and immediately have an informal board of directors to help as you grow your business. Each roundtable is limited to no more than 12 non-competing CEOs.
Community Thanksgiving Luncheon – The Thanksgiving Luncheon is an annual event held in cooperation with area service organizations. The luncheon features the presentation of the Tom Connor Award for outstanding volunteer service to the community, as well as a review of significant events in the previous year.
Chamber Golf Outing – The Chamber Golf Outing is held every summer at WeaverRidge Golf Club. It is one of the Chamber’s most popular events. The Golf Outing provides a great networking opportunity for all that participate and a great day of golf. Use this event to communicate with a client or as a perk to your staff. Either way you will meet lots of other area business professionals.
Power Breakfast – In connection with the Area Business Connection (ABC), the Power Breakfast is an upbeat, motivational kick-off event to the ABC.
